"Stop worrying about what you should do, just go with your gut."

NAME: Toshiro Hisakawa

NICKNAMES: Toshi (for short), Hisakawa-san (by friends & students), Bear Killer (by various gang members), Dr. Hisakawa, Toshi, Shiro (work titles)

NATIONALITY: Japanese

SEXUALITY: Pansexual

BIRTHDAY: August 13th, 1995

AGE: 28

HOBBIES: Helping Others, Smoking (fails to quit), Sex (tends to have a lot of it), Protecting His Family (will fight anyone that dares to harm them)

FACE CLAIM: Hitorijime My Hero - Kousuke Ooshiba

WHAT DO YOU TEACH?: Full-Time Head Doctor at Valeria University

CLUB SPONSOR: ----

PERSONALITY: Despite his demeanor that can be off-putting to some, Toshiro can be helpful when he wants to be or when he feels it's necessary if the situation benefits him. He enjoys fraternizing with others in a sexual sense, which has led him to engage in sexual contact with multiple partners. He is smart about whom he sleeps with and tends to avoid engaging with strangers but instead with people he knows, whether male or female. He finds sex as a stress reliever after a hard day's work, and if that doesn't work, smoking is another stress reliever for him. He knows he should quit but rather enjoys it too much to do so. That doesn't mean he hasn't tried. He enjoys helping others, whether in the medical profession or outside of it. However, he'd instead help those who are also willing to help themselves and not merely take advantage of the kindness of others. This very reason is why he's protective of his younger brother, who is entirely innocent and very clueless at times, much to his annoyance.

Toshiro dislikes it when people think too poorly of themselves, believing that they aren't worth anything or aren't capable of doing more due to reasons holding them back that he sees as excuses. It bothers him having to interact with those who do this when he believes they are worth a lot more than they think, and some don't want to bother putting in the effort to make things better for themselves. Though this almost makes him hypocritical, he too becomes like this when overthinking something. Another of his bad habits is smoking, which he has attempted to quit in the past but has failed each time. He also doesn't hold very stable relationships, mainly knowing that he can't put his entire heart and being into it. Or so he believes. He prefers to keep his encounters with others casual rather than working to make it into something serious.

PLACE OF LIVING: Grizzly Heights Apartments > One Bedroom > Apt #10

APPEARANCE: Toshiro is tall has a tall, standing at a height of 6'0" with a muscular build. He has semi-messy black hair and blue-gray eyes. He also has a mole on his chin. He's usually known for wearing pantsuits whenever he is working, but when going casual, he wears short-sleeved or long-sleeved shirts with pants. According to his brother, he wears weird shirts.

HISTORY: Toshiro grew up in a loving family home with himself, his younger brother Takashiro and their mother. Their father died after Takashiro was born, and Toshiro was born when his mother was only sixteen. She often admitted that she was very careless in her younger years, but she doesn't regret having her children or meeting their father. While Toshiro was old enough to remember his father, he still felt bad that his younger brother never got the chance to spend time with him before he died. Like any family, there were financial struggles, especially when Toshiro's father was diagnosed with brain cancer. Being the oldest, he felt guilty but knew he would now be responsible for caring for his mother and younger brother.

Toshiro has always been a smart individual and often took care of himself so his mother wouldn't have to worry about him. During his school years, he'd always been fond of trying to solve every problem because he believed there was always a solution to it. As such, he was often at the top of his classes because he spent extra time making sure that all the answers to his work were correct. He wasn't someone that bragged about the grades he earned. He just knew that earning them would allow him to get into a good enough college, which was something he wanted. He wanted to work in the medical profession to help others. However, like any teenager, there was always someone or people out there who would attempt to mess with him simply because they were bored and had nothing better to do.

Though Toshiro didn't allow anyone, nor did he allow them to attempt to beat the crap out of him. It was always the other way around. Those that bothered him always ended up with their asses kicked pretty badly. At least when at school from that point on, no one dared to mess with him. He was determined to stand up for himself and not allow anyone to run over him and do what they wanted to make him feel like he was nothing. He also made sure to encourage his brother to do his best and scold him when he made poor grades or would lounge instead of doing his homework.

He'd also make sure to keep him away from gangs since there were a lot of them trying to recruit students from different schools, and he knew that wasn't a good life for anybody. There wasn't a day that went by up to his senior year that he wasn't fighting a gang member for trying to recruit his friends or recruit the weaker students who could defend themselves or had no friends. He had brief relationships with girls, but they always ended badly, with them either being crazy or looking for something more than what he was able to give them. Toshiro would always wonder why he often attracted individuals of the "crazy" variety, and it was at that point, he decided to close himself off from serious relationships.

Having casual flings sounded a lot more fun to him since there were no expectations right up front, and for anyone he would be intimate with, he made sure to let them know beforehand, even if they were to hate him for it afterward. However, he didn't start doing much of this until he got into college. He attended Kyoto University, where he wanted to make the goals he'd set for himself a reality. Thus, he'd begun to work hard to ensure he did just that. It wasn't easy, especially having to learn all there is to know about the human body, what to expect, and what to do if something specific is happening to someone. He had to learn all of this and be quick to act immediately. Given that there were a lot of uncurbable illnesses out there, there were many that could be manageable with the right medications and proper medical care.

But he wanted to be someone who would put a patient's feelings above that of their bill and medical insurance. Toshiro genuinely wanted to help people. To heal them. And he did great work, showing great prowess for someone at his age. For eight years, he'd spent his time as a resident of the Akasaka Hospital as a doctor, and while he didn't have a set profession, Toshiro was more or less a floater doctor who helped in different departments of the hospital that he specifically specialized in. There was never a day that wasn't stressful whenever he had to work, which is how he'd begun smoking despite knowing that it was unhealthy for him. Not only that, he's had off-and-on sexual encounters with different coworkers at Akasaka, which eventually the medical director of the hospital found out about them.

While it wasn't uncommon for coworkers to hang out or even date, it only becomes a problem when things fly off the railings, which is what happened with one of his romantic flings that wanted a serious relationship, but Toshiro wasn't interested, no matter how many times he'd told them that. They took it upon themselves to cause a big uproar in front of everyone, calling him out and making him look like a fool in the process. Both he and this person were demoted and forced to take on different positions outside of the hospital as punishment for causing problems. The other was sent to work at a neighborhood clinic while Toshiro was made to take over as the Head Doctor at Valeria University, for the position was open, and the previous doctor was leaving for retirement.

He wasn't happy about this arrangement but found it better than being outright fired. He rather enjoyed working at the hospital, connecting with and helping the patients there. Because of his carelessness, he had to accept the position he was given. It doesn't entirely keep him from helping people, but it makes for a less stressful environment. Not going to make him quit smoking, but as long as he's helping someone, he's happy. However, after a while, he probably won't be releasing much stress anytime soon. He's now nothing more than a 28-year-old school doctor. Toshiro plans to make the most of it at least, hoping to use it to prove that despite making stupid mistakes, he is a good doctor and would like the chance to prove that.

"People cannot change the past. All we can do, is accept our own actions. If you still wish to be burdened by your sins, let it show in your future actions. It is your choice how to perceive something that has already happened."

NAME: Kirei Darlibagi

NICKNAMES: Otou-san or Tou-san (by Junko), Papa or Father (by Kasumi)

NATIONALITY: Japanese

SEXUALITY: Heterosexual

BIRTHDAY: June 13th, 1976

AGE: 48

HOBBIES: Working (Manning the Shrine & Training his daughters), Drinking Tea (Earl Gray & Tumeric), Reading, Protecting his daughters, Watching Anime

FACE CLAIM: Fate/Stay Night - Kirei Kotomine

OCCUPATION: Full-Time Head Priest of the Darlibagi Shrine

PLACE OF LIVING: Lives at the Darlibagi Shrine w/daughters Kasumi, Junko & granddaughter Jiro.

PERSONALITY: Kirei has always been an intelligent man known for studying hard when he attended school, besides being capable of doing physical labor. In short, he's a hardworking man who helped contribute to his family. He studied the teachings of how to properly run the family shrine that today he is the head priest of. He takes pride in following orders to ensure that things run smoothly, but this makes him a very socially awkward man. Kirei can handle one-on-one interactions with others, but social group gatherings are where he has trouble connecting and understanding people, saying that this holds true with his inability to connect with his daughters, Junko and Kasumi. Sure, he is protective of them, but even Kirei admits that because of how things transpired between his daughters after the death of their mother, it is his own fault.

He loved their mother, Kikyo, deeply because he felt she was the only person to understand him despite how he was. Although Kirei didn't care much about his marriage being arranged, he didn't regret marrying his wife when she was around. Her memory lives on with their daughters, who reflect the both of them so much. It is also why he never remarried despite being frequently told he should. His daughters needed a mother, but Kirei felt they wouldn't have accepted him getting remarried, so he was against it. Part of him realizes that may have been a mistake. Instead, he became a harsh and strict man while still encouraging his daughters to work their hardest. It would seem his youngest daughter was receptive to this and not so much his oldest. He made it clear from the beginning that he wouldn't force arranged marriages onto them because he believed it would be better for his children to make their own choices.

Kirei now feels that was a mistake on his part as a parent. He is left feeling unsure of what to do. Like any father, he is naturally disappointed in the actions of his youngest daughter but doesn't outwardly vocalize it. He sees too much of himself in her and tries to encourage Junko more than chastise her. He chastises Kasumi a lot for her aloofness and laziness. It is possible this is what created the rift between his daughters not being close. Kirei feels he has failed as a father and expresses deep regret alone to his wife's memorial in an alter room inside their home. He does care about his daughters, and as their father, if someone were to dare hurt them, this is the only time Kirei is known to show a violent side of him. He doesn't like anyone to see this side of him and tries to keep his emotions under control. Especially since he now has a grandchild to think about.

APPEARANCE: Kirei stands at the height of 6'4" with short-neck-length dark-brown hair and brown eyes. As the head priest of the Darlibagi Shrine, Kirei usually wears a golden or sometimes silver cross around his neck, wearing an all-black pantsuit priest uniform with a dark blue robe draped over it and black suede shoes.

HISTORY: Kirei was born as the oldest and only biological son to his father, Risei Darlibagi, and mother, Rin Darlibagi. Kirei's parents never had any more children, but they did adopt an orphaned boy named Kaito Moroboshi, who lost his family in a terrible accident. None of Kaito's immediate relatives showed interest in caring for him, so they dumped him off at the Darlibagi family shrine, where Kirei and his parents became his family. As the oldest of the family, it was already set in stone that Kirei would take over the shrine when he came of age to do so. Naturally, he showed no interest in it. He preferred reading and occasionally working with his hands to fix things around the shrine whenever they broke. His brother Kaito showed great interest, mainly because he was happy to have a family. Kirei was indifferent towards Kaito but harbored no hate toward the boy. He noticed that Kaito was much more interested in their family's teachings and learning about the shrine than he was. It made sense to Kirei that Kaito would be more fit than himself to take over the shrine.

His parents disagreed with this. Given that Kirei wasn't someone who was outwardly spoken, he usually would do as he was told despite how he felt. Kirei and Kaito were raised and taught religious teachings, but it was clear more expectations were placed upon Kirei than Kaito. Kaito was free to do what he wanted, while his brother was not. They were allowed to attend school, albeit an all-boys Catholic school. As someone who was naturally quiet, it didn't take much for Kirei's peers to think they could get away with mistreating him. They believed they could use him as a lackey until he showed them that despite his quiet demeanor, he had no issues standing up for himself and putting others that bothered him in their place ... painfully. Knowing that they couldn't bother with Kirei, they dared not bother with Kaito. Who was probably more sadistic when angry than Kirei was. Knowing this about one another, the brothers found common ground with one another and continued to get along.

Kirei graduated from high school, attended university, and graduated with a degree in Religious Studies. It was a requirement by his father, which he complied with. He felt he didn't have much freedom to do what he wanted because of the obligation to continue the family bloodline. This, along with the tradition of arranged marriages. Both Kirei and Kaito were arranged prospective partners. As Kirei was someone who wasn't good at speaking and reading people, it wasn't a surprise that he accepted his arranged partner, a woman named Kikyo Tohsaka, with a younger sister named Kaede Tohsaka who was arranged to marry Kaito. Although Kaede was unhappy about the idea of being part of an arranged marriage, Kikyo was not. As the oldest daughter of her family, it was a struggle for her to please her parents. She often rebelled against them because she hated being forced to follow in their family footsteps just because. She wanted to make her own decisions and live her own life. Meeting Kirei felt like fate to her. By looking at him, she couldn't help but see that he felt lost and complacent with his life.

She couldn't hate him as she had originally planned. Neither wanted this, but she was interested in knowing more about him. Kirei was a shy man around Kikyo but protective of her whenever approached by men who took an interest in her and had ulterior motives. He didn't know whether or not what he did Kikyo hated it. He just felt it was the right thing to do. He expected Kikyo to hate him once they married and started spending their time and life together. But she didn't. Kikyo wanted to get to know him because she believed he was just like her, trapped with no sense of self and having to keep the family bloodline going. She was not wrong. Kirei spent most of his life studying, working, and doing as he was told for the family's sake. He wasn't allowed to do anything he wanted. He desired it but knew his father wouldn't approve of his choices. But he opened up to Kikyo and admitted he would protect and love only her. As nice as that sounded, she told him that if either of them ever passed away, they would take time to mourn but also move on and find love. Kikyo didn't believe in being complacent and felt everyone had the chance to live a fulfilling life.

Kirei didn't know if he could do that, but he agreed to it. He eventually took over the family shrine, and he and Kikyo had their first child, a daughter named Kasumi. His brother Kaito and his wife also had a daughter, and he became a successful businessman, doctor, and scientist. Kirei was proud of the hard work his brother put into being successful. The two of them keep in contact with each other to this day. As for his life with his wife and their daughter, things were good. Kasumi grew up spoiled by both of her parents. Kirei's parents had since passed on, and the tradition of keeping the family line going rests on his shoulders. However, he didn't want to force a complacent life on his family, so he thought it best to raise his daughter normally and allow her to make decisions for herself. Kasumi clearly loved her mother, which showed because of how close they were. Eventually, Kikyo became pregnant again with another girl. Kirei was happy, and Kasumi was also excited to be a big sister, but tragedy struck their family. Kikyo died after giving birth to their second daughter. The child had been named Junko.

Their happy family was now drowning in a dark shadow, at least in Kirei's mind. He had no idea how he would care for his daughters by himself. While he remembered Kikyo's promise if either of them passed away, they would mourn but move on and live a happy and fulfilling life, Kirei couldn't. He loved Kikyo, and he missed her. He truly loved her and couldn't fathom the idea of moving on with anyone else. He also had his daughters to think about and believed they would not accept another woman as their mother. So he raised them without remarrying. His daughters grew up, and it was clear they were very different from one another. Kasumi was a spoiled brat that he had to chastise frequently, and Junko was quiet and reserved. Junko was a lot like him, and he worried about her a lot. She seemed interested in working with her hands and started buying her model kits. This was because she was tearing up their household appliances to figure out how they worked, which was stressful for him. He also thought that introducing his daughters to an old hobby of his, such as anime, would keep them busy. Junko was more interested than Kasumi since she was so much like her mother.

It wasn't easy taking care of them, but Kirei managed to do so, getting them through high school and university. But the problems started when his daughters entered university. Because he paid no mind to how his daughters weren't close with each other, Junko allowed herself to be taken advantage of by her Japanese History professor while Kasumi just did nothing but play around, wasting time and money. He was upset with both of his daughters. But more so upon finding out that Junko became pregnant by her professor. Junko pleaded with her father not to hurt the man, and he didn't. Didn't mean he wasn't angry. The only time he'd ever seen his daughters afraid of him was when he was beyond angry. The professor was married, yet he had the nerve to defile the sanctity of marriage by getting involved with Kirei's daughter. He wanted Junko to abort the child, but she made it clear that she wouldn't get rid of her baby. Since this was her choice, he made it clear to her that she couldn't take it back and that she could continue her schooling and stay away from that man. He and Kasumi worked tirelessly to take care of his granddaughter, Jiro.

They decided to keep this incident between them and not tell others. Kirei knew that if anyone found out, it would bring shame upon the Darlibagi family name. With everything that's happened, Kirei regrets not getting remarried. He believed that life may have been better for him and his daughters if they had. None of this would've happened. His daughters would be properly married and getting along instead of being distant. Since Junko had her daughter, she is now distant from her in the same way she is from Kasumi. Kirei has no idea how to fix this, and although he has avoided doing so, he may reach out to his brother Kaito for help.

Name: Heliosion or Helios if you want to indulge my god complex

Age: 36 (21/04/1986)

TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF: I'm a very old Scotsman who started out as a scrub on a forum then became its owner. Then I kinda abandoned it, formed Valeria University with a couple of people, allowed that to go on fire, hired Jazzy as a boss the poor wonder woman she is and now the great one is trying again with this wonderful forum on Guilded and this time she brought help to keep me in line. I like anime/manga/cartoons basically animation even comics. I'm a veteran RP from way back when mIRC was a thing and I like to take it seriously. Plots, stories and over arcing storylines to the point that the insanity with one of my characters began. I'm also let's say not very well at times and AFK sometimes for days at a time so please forgive me when I can't help you.

Look me up when you want to RP and have some fun!
